Perelli Winery’s first event this cold season will be a special dinner in the lounge of our cottage.
On Saturday 25 November, we would like to welcome you to the first ‘Hearth Dinner’.
During the evening you will have the opportunity to enjoy a menu specially designed to take you back in time, to the flavours and rustic sensations of yesteryear. All of course accompanied by our wines perfectly matched to each course served.

Appetiser – lesso rifatto alla Pellegrino Artusi, crostini with chicken livers, stewed savoy cabbage
First course – ziti with Neapolitan meat sauce
Second course – Florentine-style veal stew based on a recipe by Pellegrino Artusi, served with cauliflower
Dessert – Castagnaccio
Each course will be preceded by a short narration on the origin and history of the dish served and an explanation of the matching wine.
Cost per person: €60
Places are limited and reservation is compulsory.
(The event will only take place once the minimum number of participants has been reached).
